This is the cleanest, best Starbucks I’ve ever been to. I didn’t expect much from such a small town, because I’ve visited locations all over the country, even other countries. Seriously impressed with the customer service here. Easiest five stars ever.

Excellent service!! Wait is never too bad as orders are quickly and always accurately processed. Drinks are consistent in taste and temperature so you know exactly what you’ll get. All employees are efficient and very cordial. Fun place to enjoy a variety of coffees, teas, and nice snacks/treats as well as meals.

I've been coming her over the years and I'll say the recent workers are amazing and genuinely i think they have a great manager as they're actually doing cup notes again, and joking with customers.

To whom it may concern, This is what I’m going to post on Starbucks in Thibodaux page, but I wanted to share it with corporate office 😀 Shoutout to the amazing team at the Starbucks in Thibodaux, LA! 💚 Y’all consistently have the best customer service. I just left with my first PSL of the season (finally!) and had a truly incredible experience. I asked to speak to the manager because I wanted to tell him how much I appreciate the messages they write on the cups. Those small, kind gestures always make me smile ! After we talked about the “cup messages” I told him the team there is always so friendly and goes the extra Mile so I proposed a fun contest -“vote for your favorite store”. I also asked the manager to contact corporate and share my idea with them - in hopes that they may get a
