Wanted to make a comment about the service. Specifically a worker by the name of Gracie. She took time to make me a pour over because the machine was down for the night after I had no luck at two other stores prior. This truly made me feel great because I could tell she cared for my experience. I wanted to give her recognition this store was also very clean and welcoming. Exceptional service!

Needed to buy my daughter cake pops for her 10th bday at school. I dreaded the expense. But I was quickly over that and it was worth it after the great experience and royal treatment we got at SB in Garden City. Shout out to Alex and Gracie who wer informative, fun, helpful and even gave her two free pops to eat now/celebrate her day. Totally professional and efficient place, I don't drink coffee but was so impressed I'll return for the service, great vibes and product.

A nice comfortable Starbucks. Good for using a laptop. Variety in seating (which I love because sometimes I want a different seat) Clean restrooms without locks so you don’t have to ask them to get in.

This location always provides a great experience. Michaela and her team always go above and beyond to make sure I have a quality drink while checking in on my daily life updates. I appreciate their warm hearts and contagious smiles, they definitely know how to make their customers feel comfortable and uplifted for the day! 11/10 would recommend!

I order here every morning. The food and coffee are always great. Most of all, consistent and everyone is friendly. Thank you for great experiences!
