Ebbi and Kristina phenomenal customer service great atmosphere. Abby is bringing his place to live. Christina is making the drinks that are barista makes from heaven. I suggest everybody pop up at least once maybe twice great place to come.

Cris is the most phenomenal person I have ever met. She is so sweet, kind, and professional. Her customer service is top tier and unmatched. I adore her and everyone else that works here. They're all sweet and make me feel so welcomed. 1000000000000/10 this is my #1 go to place every morning solely because of the people who work here.

I’ve never waited 30 minutes for something as simple as an iced black coffee. No customizations, no complicated order — just coffee and ice. I was in a rush, and watching staff stand around, chat, and move slowly while drinks piled up was beyond frustrating. There was no sense of urgency, no communication about delays, and no apology for the wait. If a basic order takes half an hour, something is seriously wrong with how this store is being managed. I expect better from Starbucks. This experience felt disorganized, inattentive, and disrespectful of customers’ time.

Ebbi was an absolute ray of sunshine behind the counter, polite, upbeat, and handling the rush like it was nothing. Even when a drink needed fixing, she kept that warm smile. And the guy working with her? Super friendly and even walked my bakery item over to me, which was such a thoughtful surprise. Truly standout service.

My review is only based on the lunch items. I ordered Jalapeno Chicken Pocket and Spicy Falafel pocket. While the latter had good flavor, the former was phenomenal. I liked the sauce in it. However they both weren't lunch size, more of snacks.
