I give a shout out to Demon he did make sure my order was what I was Expecting. Awesome customer service!! Definitely coming back to this location.
i stopped going to this location YEARS ago because they never made my drinks good/right and the wait time was always ridiculously long. i went today since i was close by and it is STILL the slowest starbucks in all of bakersfield. and of course my drink was not made right. even after i told the worker that they didn’t add the extra dragonfruit inclusion, she took my drink back to “add it” and she gave it back and it looked the SAME. i hate this starbucks so much i tried giving them a chance again but now i will NEVER go back.
The iced vanilla chai was delicious and ready to go when I arrived for pick up. The sandwich was also ready, but it wasn’t much of a sandwich, as the picture shows. I then waited and waited for a non-warmed blueberry muffin. By the time I got the non-warmed muffin, my half full sandwich was cold. There are plenty of Starbucks in Bakersfield that do a better job.
Erika was great, always greets us with a big smile and a positive attitude.
Who is in charge on ordering products because this location is always out of everything and now I'm forced to sit in a slow line for nothing it happens frequently there
