I love this location! the staff is always kind and friendly, the space is clean, and they do a wonderful job with the orders! as someone who works a similar job, i understand how things get crazy, but this location is always well managed!!! 💕🩷 i know the cup writing is a new thing, but the message left on mine was so sweet! i was having w bad day and it just made me smile! 😊 😊😊 give everyone a raise. literally they deserve it!!!

Exceptional Service by Ebonie and Team! I can't say enough good things about the Starbucks on 95-96 Broadway, thanks to the amazing baristas who work there, especially Ebonie! No matter how far I am, this location will always hold a special place in my heart. Ebonie has a magical touch when it comes to crafting drinks that go beyond the ordinary. Starbucks has a new policy of refills of your beverage. They don’t follow it. I’ve been twice, two different issues. They have new staff who don’t know the companies procedures. Not coming back. Time is priceless. Starbucks’ coffees can be purchased every two blocks in NYC!! Train your staff!!

Reviews about this location are positive and true. It’s no surprise to anyone about how challenging it is finding enthusiastic, well mannered, fun and service oriented employees these days. This location has it all. Every Starbucks location should require their staff to visit and experience the formula that this location has found.
