Starbucks Coffee Company

Went in to get a coffee order I had several times at other locations. The first time it was incorrect. I returned to the store and met the same barista who said he forgot the whip… actually he forgot a lot more than that. I reminded him of the order but he walked off and delivered essentially a grande coffee for $4.63. This is a great end to 2025. And a reminder for 2026 to spend my money more wisely. Make coffee at home! Invest in a coffee machine! (I have one). And spend only at places that value your business. See the extra whipped cream and caramel brûlée topping in the photo (you won’t cause it ain’t there)

BAD SERVICE. There were three baristas behind the counter and fewer than 20 customers in this branch (some who weren't even drinking). I ordered a small coffee and went to the pick-up counter. After 15 minutes - and after those waiting behind me had already received their drinks - I had to remind the same barista who took my money that my coffee was still outstanding. They 100% forgot and I had to describe the order again. Then I had ask twice for milk. So I now have two recommendations: (1) Your branch cajoils customers to tip when they make a debit card purchase. Other Starbucks branches have cash tip jars adjacent to the pick-up location - I didn't notice this at yous. Tips are a recognition for having received good service - why should I tip ahead of time for lousy service? (2) Insti

the graduate starbucks is in a prime location right by the Green Line station, so you can hop on/off the train and be in line for coffee in about 12 seconds. the baristas here are friendly, personable, and are truly a godsend at 6am when you’re running on 2 hours of sleep and desperately need a good ole venti iced blonde latte. seating is the only real battle. during exam weeks it’s basically a caffeine-fueled game of musical chairs, and the chairs are losing lol

Starbucks is Starbucks. This drink is the pecan crunch oat milk latte that was very good actually. But could be very sweet with the cold foam if you don’t like sweet coffee.

Thus EastBank establishment is my go to. The service is polite and quick, the coffee is satisfying and hot. Friendly staff and clean atmosphere 👌. Located off the green line lightrail makes it very convenient on the go. Actually opens at 430 am on Sundays.
