Starbucks Coffee Company

Went into this Starbucks with a simple goal: order a drink for my girlfriend. I didn’t have it memorized, so I showed the cashier the order written out on my phone. Instead of just doing his job, he responded with, “You know how to read, don’t you?” — which was unnecessarily rude and condescending. The attitude didn’t stop there. He took the order like I was inconveniencing him, then handed me a drink that was clearly rushed and poorly made. It wasn’t even mixed properly — just layers of ingredients thrown together. For the prices Starbucks charges, the bare minimum should be basic courtesy and a drink that’s actually made correctly. What makes this worse is that there are at least five other Starbucks locations nearby where the staff is polite and the drinks are made correctly. This locat

EVERYTIME I place an order in app it’ll say completed then when I get to Starbucks I’m waiting 5+ minutes when I order ahead for a reason ! To top it off they’re not even busy when I place the order. They’ve messed my order up numerous times! To the point I get tired of calling because I never receive the free drinks they offer to replace bc I order thru the app so it’s so much money lost, if they weren’t the only one on my way to work I would’ve stopped going to them a long time ago

The staff is so friendly. My order was made quickly. The trainer Nick is doing a great job of training the new hire. I highly recommend this location

The not friendly at girl that took my order Jess #1 should not work with people. gave me the complete wrong order said will not remake I said really that's not what i ordered she said to bad I went to the other Starbucks they made it perfect and super friendly.

This is my favorite starbucks in dekalb county. Always happy employees, my orders are always right, and never too long of a wait even when they're busy.
