Starbucks Coffee Company

Normally it is good service. Many times my drink needs stirred before I drink it because all the mocha is on bottom. Today Sydney was obviously in a hurry so she rushed me through my order as many usually do with "will that be all?" After every detail. She was rude and told me the total before I was done adding to the order. Felt very rushed then the cups thrown to me very fast with no greeting or smile. She needs to stay in the back and let someone friendly and patient take over the drive through. Hopefully she can remember where her wages come from. Needless to say I did not tip which is a shame for her coworkers. Do better Starbucks. Writing on the cup is nice but let's have good customer service first.

I go to this location from time to time. They have always provided a good product, efficiently, and timely. Today I got an iced pumpkin cream chai tea. I am having a really bad day. This drink is so utterly delicious it calmed me and made me a little happy. If you haven't tried it, do so. It is amazing.

Usually a good experience. This one was a waste of money. I was suppose to have Carmel and mocha drizzle topping and line the cup w mocha. I have an inch on the bottom of my cup. They have no large straws so I cannot even stir it. I paid more for mocha and don't see any. I also had very little ice. Less then 5min with my drink and no ice left now. What a waste of drink and money. Staff was friendly though. Second review. Came here again which was the first time back after my last bad experience. I got a iced caramel macchiato. It looked weird. They forgot to add the coffee. It was caramel milk. Gross. Won't be back.

Efficient consistent and my go to is the oat milk Cortado or the Oat milk shaken espresso ☕, friendly staff, ty!

Prices are too high. Don't appreciate having to get a code to use their bathrooms. This all stems from CEO of Starbucks trying to boost profits. The changes he made do not make Starbucks an inviting environment.
