Starbucks Coffee Company

Hi, I just wanted to share some feedback about my visit to this Starbucks this morning. The staff seemed a bit distracted and one of them responded to me a little abruptly when I asked for the order that was already ready. I understand busy moments happen, but I think a friendlier approach would have made the experience a lot better. Thanks for understanding!

Starbucks at Piper Glen is a lovely place to stop any time of day! The courtyard is so appealing to enjoy your coffee! There is lots of comfortable seating to relax or work. Team members were friendly and very efficient! Attentive to food allergies as well! Would love to come here again!

I love this starbucks! It’s my fav in all of Charlotte I go almost every day with my friend and we love the workers. We usually go in the afternoon or near closing and my drinks always taste the best at this location.

This is my go-to store when grabbing Starbucks. I do both online and in store ordering and the order is always correct. Awesome staff, very friendly and welcoming. The service is quick and efficient, no matter how busy they are. Plenty of seating inside with new refurbished store, and awesome, large courtyard area to the left of store. Tons of parking in lot. Not a drive through location, but cool store.

This is a good Starbucks. The interior is much brighter and more open than most Starbucks. They have a big outdoor patio area.
