Starbucks Coffee Company

The gal helping was very pleasant, but my protein box was sorely disappointing. The grapes were awful, my bread was soggy, and my apples were sad. The hot baked goods were wonderful, and my dragon fruit refresher was well done.

Came in for a hot tea. The guy at the front was really bad service, dazed, not friendly. I didn’t think he just was really out of it. I went to the restroom and then I came back. I got my food. Waited another 10 minutes for my hot tea. Then I asked the barista he forgot my tea. I had shown her the receipt. It said green tea with two pumps of vanilla when I got home, he gave me chamomile tea with no vanilla. The area to pour cream was really messy. All the garbage is out was really full and overflowing. Just seemed kind of dirty walking in so early in the morning and just really upset with my order and the whole process altogether. I just tried calling the number to speak to a manager, and it goes straight to your busy signal, but this was really out of context for Starbucks

The warming station staff did an excellent job with the Italian sausage egg bites. They were prepared perfectly and absolutely delicious. Compliments to whoever was responsible

Employees were hostile and unwelcoming. I came in after being in a car crash and I bought a Frappuccino. I had to sit at this god awful Starbucks and wait for my ride and all the while the employees (particularly the young man, idk his name; suspiciously, no name tags???) were giving me dirty looks and making me feel super uncomfortable. Pretty solid Frappuccino tho, no thanks to the male employee… Weird experience overall, top 10 things I won’t be repeating.

I had such a wonderful experience here the other day! I told the barista Katie at the window I had a birthday reward, and she was so sweet she even wrote on my cup. It made my day. My latte was made perfectly too. Good job Starbucks for hiring such a lovely young lady! 🙂 I’ll have to stop by again.
