Starbucks Coffee Company

Always a treat to stop and get my favorite drink! I like to stop here as often as I can when I am on the road traveling back and forth! They always get my drink right, and provide quick and friendly service.

As someone who works food service i’m very patient and very understanding. Everytime I come to this starbucks my drinks are almost never made right and there’s probably been a handful of times my drinks were made correctly. The rest of the time it’s either always missing something or made poorly and it’s definitely very frustrating when every time I do tip. There are times I will just not say anything because I do get people have their days, and I just deal with it, but the days I DO try and get my drink remade it is met with attitudes or just seems like it’s very out of their way for them when i’m asking to get what I paid for. The service is usually hit or miss and just depends on who’s having a good day or not.

At around 11:00 this morning, we waited over 20 minutes for 3 drinks while they filled every mobile order and drive through order ahead of us (and it wasn't that busy). Finally the manager came over and asked us what our drink orders were. I asked if they weren't in the system? She sarcastically smiled and said "I asked you what your order was." So I told her what our orders were, one of which had customization. And, of course, she screwed it up. Not sure why she wouldn't have just looked up the orders in the system and also don't understand why she needed to be sarcastic and condescending. Been to Starbucks that were way busier and never waited that long.

Started out great then they messed up my drink and didn’t wanna give me an in-store solution. I worked at Starbucks. I know how easy it is to take care of the customer when you as the customer service representative, have screwed up at Starbucks the consumer is always right not at this store. Be prepared to be treated as lower class when they make a mistake. I really wish I could take the tip money back. I didn’t get to enjoy any of my order.

I cannot take the unbearable, and unfathomable amount of gay awareness in public areas. I come into Starbucks, where I want one thing and one thing only: coffee. I just want to retrieve my coffee, maybe say hello to an employee, and then leave, without having an unreasonable amount of gay pride crammed down my throat. I don’t walk around with a huge sign on my shirt that says “I’M STRAIGHT!” I don’t care if you’re gay or straight, personally. But I do care about having to have your opinion uncomfortably shoved into my peripheral vision. Could we please just take down this flag, and just sell cups or merchandise for gay pride, as a compromise? Anything but having to deal with this. 1 star for atmosphere.
