Starbucks Coffee Company

For how busy this location gets, why does the management team only have 1 person working on the drinks. No issues with the workers, as the two staff members were extremely nice and moving quickly, the issue is 100% management and their staffing choices. This location is connected to a hotel and is right next to a massive convention center, yet they staff a single worker for making drinks...crazy. It took 56 minutes to get an iced coffee. Don't think much more needs to be said.

Crazy wait and they forget to fill your order. 30 minutes to get simple coffee

Has 3 doors facing the sidewalk, NONE of which you can even enter through. Two of them are unmarked and locked, but one of them is at least marked "Exit Only." You have to figure out (because it isn't marked anywhere!) that you have to go all the way around to either of the hotel entries, through the lobby, and then you FINALLY get to the Starbucks. A coffee shop on one of the busiest pedestrian zones in the City should not be so difficult to access. Please change this configuration and improve your signage immediately

As someone with experience managing multiple Starbucks locations, I can confidently say this store is in urgent need of new management. I stayed over two weeks at a nearby hotel and visited frequently—each time was a disappointment. The store is consistently short-staffed, frequently out of food, and the filtered coffee is lukewarm (clearly in need of calibration). Cleanliness is lacking, with visible dust and dirt behind the registers and food displays. The overall Starbucks experience is completely missing. This location has great potential—it’s in a high-traffic area near the convention center and surrounded by hotels. It could be a major revenue driver, but it’s currently falling short on every front. P.S. For those having trouble finding it: the store is located inside the Marriott

Convienient location to where we we staying downtown. The coffee was good as you would expect from Starbucks. The Barrista was amazing. I ordered one of the specialty coffees, but I had it made with oat milk for my wife. Normally, this coffee would have whipped cream added to the top. The Barrista made sure if I wanted the whipped cream or not. I was very thankful. She said she always checks when someone uses oat milk. Amazing service.
