Starbucks Coffee Company

I love these Starbucks peeps so much. I could be having a long day and tired as hell and seeing these drawings on my cup makes a difference. It’s these things that make driving to this Starbucks worth it 💙

Drive-through offers good service but the coffee just sucks. I ordered a cold brew with sweet cream, the same thing I get anytime I go to a Starbucks. They gave me what looks like an iced latte with a lot of of milk and sugar. I was in a rush and didn’t notice until I left.

As other comments have stated, the staff here needs a little bit of a retraining on proper policies. I am not trying to drink heated plastic with my morning coffee. There’s no excuse for not using the glass and doing the Americano the right way, which is to put water in the cup first, and the pour the espresso from the glass.

This Starbucks location tends to burn the hot coffee very often. I've never had an unburned white chocolate mocha here. Today, I tried the apple crisp Oatmilk shaken espresso. It was more than half ice and so milky. The coffee and milk only came to the first measurement line without the ice. That's pretty disgusting, Starbucks. I tried with this location. If I pay more than it's worth, I expect something decent. I expect the baristas to maybe know how to make coffee. Will definitely travel out of my way for a decent cup of coffee.

Just wanna say this Starbucks is really friendly and amazing. He took care of me and I made a mistake in my order and he was able to fix the problems really fast. Super friendly and efficient I will be coming back to the Starbucks.
