The last several months their flavors seem so bland, their Christmas flavors at this location seemed very bland compared to other Starbucks locations. I got a pistachio latte today and disappointed tasted very bland regular coffee with creamer not a hint of pistachio flavor and definitely not worth $7

Customer beware: recently this location has become unreliable in its operation. If you place your order using the app with the intention of walking / bicycling here you will be locked out. I stood near the drive-thru window for over 15 minutes, in the cold waiting for my order. And as the lobby is closed, there's nowhere comfortable to sit and enjoy the drink. And if you try to call ahead of time on the phone to find out if said lobby might be open? Store # fails to ring, let alone get answered. It'd be good to know the reason(s) for closure. Is it a change of management / staffing + labor issues / building problems / homeless / crime? Fortunately there are other nearby options to get your morning beverage. some of the worst customer service experience I’ve ever received. Extremely long wait times for basic order of cappuccino or coffee. No communication and the staff that is there seems unreliable at best. I waited over 20 minutes for 1 drink.

I’m extremely disappointed with the service at this location. My order has been messed up two times in a row now, and both mistakes were serious. I am dairy-free, yet dairy was put in my drink anyway, which is not just an inconvenience — it can be a health issue. On top of that, sweetener was added when I specifically requested none, and ice was included even though I asked for no ice. What’s even more frustrating is the wait time. It consistently takes 20+ minutes to receive a drink, even when the store doesn’t appear overly busy. Waiting that long only to receive an incorrect order is unacceptable. I understand mistakes happen occasionally, but repeated errors like this show a lack of attention to customer requests and dietary restrictions. I hope management addresses both the accuracy

On Dec 26, 2025, I placed a pickup order at 9:20 AM and the app said it would be ready at 9:29 AM. When I arrived at 9:29, the staff had completely forgotten the order. They kept working on drive-through orders (only about 4–5 cars), but moved extremely slowly and looked unprofessional—like it was their first day. After we reminded them, their attitude was rude and dismissive, repeatedly saying “it’ll be right there.” When the drink was finally made, they left it inside instead of handing it to us—we had to point out what looked like our order before they gave it to me. I didn’t get it until 9:49 AM, and it was made incorrectly. We also asked for a sleeve and a straw, and they said they weren’t “set up” and didn’t have them. Overall a frustrating waste of time.
