Starbucks Coffee Company

Love this Starbucks! Drinks are always perfect, Employees are always so nice, and are very fast because it gets busy in there!!! Im there a lot sometimes more than once a day especially since it’s in the same shopping area as Target, TJ Max , Big Y.

The staff is really friendly and courteous. As of late though it has taken forever to get through the drive thru. The other day I was there and waited in line for 15 minutes with only 2 cars in front of me. Management needs to train their staff better on taking orders and multi-tasking so they can move the line more efficiently. This is my local Starbucks so I hope adjustments will be made so everything can run more smoothly.

So this Starbucks was good at first. But it seems like they need either new leadership or management who is present. It's great having young people working but there should also be someone on sight who can guide them in how to provide better customer service and be more efficient. Making eye contact and acknowledging a customer when they walk up to the counter even if you can't help them right away goes a long way.

I have gotten every order I ever placed in a timely manner, and correctly made. The staff has always been friendly, whether they are busy or not. The only thing that is not great is the outside lights do not work and it makes it look as though they are closed. The drive up kiosk has been out as well.

Target should be grateful. I might not come there if it wasnt for starbucks. The shop is in the Target at Roberts Drive. I like to sit and enjoy my coffee, regular medium coffee, and plain croisant and fiddle with my tablet. Its pleasant. Big windows. Good people watching spot. I usually go there to reward myself after I sell and mail a pot on my etsy shop. Not as often as I like. After, I go shopping at target. The people running the shop are pleasant and work hard. I hope they are paid well.
