Stopped in for an Iced Brown Sugar Oatmilk Shaken Espresso and it was perfect! Huge shoutout to the young man working today—he was incredibly kind. The service was super organized and fast.

This is the second time I have come here and they closed early. Last time I was here at 6;45 and they are supposed to be open till 7. The woman was cleaning up and had the "closed" sign out. When I questioned her on it, she had a pissed off fave and said "what can I make you" like it was my fault she had to work late when they aren't even supposed to be closed. Today I got here at 6:30 and the closed sign is already out and no one working.

I love Barbara! Haven’t seen her in a while because I’m moving to Myrtle Beach but she really is the best and makes my drink absolutely amazing every time!

To anyone who might read my review, I ordered two iced matcha lattes. When I ordered, I asked the woman to please read the instructions on my phone, which were: Venti Iced Matcha with oatmilk. Light Ice. 3 pumps of brown sugar. 2 pumps of vanilla. Salted Caramel Cold Foam. And the older woman behind the counter looked at me and said, "Ashhhh," and rolled her eyes, shaking her head as if to say no! I don't understand why she didn't put the order on the screen and instead wrote it on the glass only in initials after a while the other woman who was preparing took the order and asked her what that meant she spoke to her in a low voice and began to prepare them on the first order she put a little ice first then in a blender she blended oat milk with matcha then she poured it into the glass and

Barbara, Adam, Eva are rockstars! They are not only great at making my coffee order perfect every time but they always check in with you to see how you are. They are always happy to see customers. I refuse to go to other Starbucks because these baristas are the best :)
