Shout out to Angel and team! I normally don't have any issues with my drink order here, but last week I did. I didn't have time to turn around and go back so I chatted in the app with customer service. The next day I had an email from Angel inviting me back for a redo! When I finally made it in they were out of some ingredients again so she hooked me up with something else and told me to come back again. I went back today and was finally able to try the drink. Banana Bread Iced Matcha is killer! This location has always been great and they handle mistakes professionally and try everything they can to make your experience the best.

The young lady at the window was certainly not friendly. She didn't greet us or attempt any conversation with us. We tried the new Egg nog latte. It wasn't what I was expecting...no egg nog taste. I could taste cloves though. This isn't going to stop us from coming back, I will order something else.

Came here to grab a coffee & something to eat. Both were great, but I want to point something that has never happened in 43yrs of this life. The wonderful lady working, Rylee, spelled my name correctly. Sounds silly, but it was just nice, for once. Thank you. Of course the amazing people working were doing an exceptional job & the atmosphere was terrific.

Ordered sandwich and mocha, coffe wasn't good and later ask for cap of water 3 different person, every one says yes . I was waiting for 20 minutes for water no one gives me. Place dirty

Pretty standard Starbucks experience. They have a drive through! It wasn’t too busy! The overall store was pretty clean. The bathrooms were clean! And the food came relatively fast!
