I am writing to share feedback regarding a recent visit characterized by inconsistent communication and significant service delays. ​Policy Ambiguity regarding Refills: During a previous visit, I inquired about the refill policy and was given a written recommendation by a staff member who assured me that "dine-in" refills for my specific order were free. However, upon returning, I discovered that only the base coffee is included; syrups and creamers incur an additional charge. This inconsistency across different locations and staff members is frustrating. Perfect Drinks Every Time This Starbucks on McDermott is consistently excellent. Drinks are made correctly every time, with great attention to detail and consistency, which is exactly what you want from a go-to location. Service is efficient and friendly, even during busy periods, and orders move quickly. Whether ordering in-store or ahead, everything runs smoothly. Reliable, well-run, and consistent—this location gets it right.

One of my favorite Starbucks locations. The staff is really great and goes out of their way to make the store welcoming. Interior space is roomy, with lots of tables for doing some work or hanging out. Would recommend!

The staff members here weren't very attentive; I was at the cash register and they were all (three) prioritizing other activities. I was at the register because the staff hadn't placed my order in the pickup area though it was sitting in the service area. The woman who finally approached the register seemed to make a point of appearing harried. My drink was also not very good (at a different Starbucks, the same beverage was amazing). This particular Starbucks, at least on that day, was definitely inferior to most of the other Starbucks I've patronized.

All I can say is WOW! Jaime, first and foremost, provided absolutely amazing service. She greeted me with a bright smile the moment I walked up and kept that same positive energy throughout my visit. My order was taken quickly, and my latte was ready in no time — perfectly made, smooth, and delicious. The combination of fast service, genuine friendliness, and top-notch quality made this an experience worth coming back for!
