I arrived at the Starbucks around 6:30 PM, but the store was closed due to a reported altercation with a customer that required police involvement. One of the staff members did open the door and allowed me inside, and I sat quietly for about 20 minutes. After that, the same staff member came over and told me I could not remain inside unless I placed an order, stating it was store policy. I complied and ordered a hot drink. However, when handing me the drink, she told me, “You can’t take your shoes off here.” I explained that I have burning feet syndrome and that I was simply wearing socks—not barefoot. The interaction felt unprofessional and lacking in empathy, especially given the circumstances and the way the situation was handled. I understand store policies, but customer service should

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a Starbucks. Even though the store was almost empty and the app said my order would be ready at 7:03, my single latte still wasn’t done by 7:10. I went up to the counter twice and tried to ask both baristas how much longer it would take. They looked right at me and completely ignored me. After finally getting my drink 10 minutes late, I asked for an extra cup. Again, they ignored me, and I had to wait about a minute before one of them finally handed me one. And when I opened the cup, I realized they had only filled my latte to about three-quarters of the cup. Really disappointing service.

***Update***Use to be the most customer service friendly Starbucks. Use to greet everyone with a hello. I notice now it's only when they want to. There were only 3 of us in there. More workers than customers. Greeted one of us. Stood at cash register for a few secs before any of the 6 workers even spoke. Still no hello... just what can I get you. Not even a thank you, have a good day. Took from 5 stars to 4 now definitely working with 3 for is okay

I asked for Siracha in my mobile order. They put my Siracha in my sandwich. I don't even know how this can happen unless someone purposefully did this.
