Starbucks Coffee Company

My wife enjoyed one of the best mochas we have ever ordered. It was a delightful combination of chocolate taste with coffee. The staff was friendly and efficient, the atmosphere inside is open and inviting. We are drank her mocha outside, in a very nice area.

Great service. Clean and super easy to park right by store. This area is very bougie so I assume that's why the reviews aren't great. My experience was as good as any other Starbucks.

Went through PV SB drive through…usually always friendly. Always make it right! Forgot to order food(lemon loaf x 2) Told by same person that took my order that he couldn’t fill the food order at the pick up window. I would have to drive around again and order it from the drive through. This has never been a problem before and I find it rather sophomoric in that it appears to be a punishment. There was one car behind me. One car. This guy lost a 10.00 food sale. He could have filled the non warmed food order, handed me my drinks, and scanned my app in the time he took to react to me wanting to add onto an order. Just don’t understand. Not customer friendly.

I always have a positive experience at this location. The girl at the drive thru window today was so nice and had great customer service that it made my morning!

normally this location is fine, but picked up a drink there this morning and it had a really weird taste/smell. there's something wrong with the ice, either the machine/receptacle needs to be cleaned, or the water itself is bad. Had that weird musty/sewer taste to it. I had to throw my drink out, it tainted the beverage.
