Ok they gave me a free drink for my birthday so I placed the order and it was great! Everyone was super nice and it was ready when I got to the drive thru window! I will definitely be ordering the cake batter iced coffee again!!

I regularly order the shaken espresso at other Starbucks and the amount of ice that was added at this location was honestly a little bit shocking. For an over $7.00 drink, I paid for 3/4 of a cup of ice. We were not impressed.

Only because I can’t figure out how to give zero stars. Apparently they have adopted an AI tool to prioritize drive thru orders (so they claim). End result is we waited over 20 min for our order inside. Absolutely ridiculous.

I’m not one to usually write reviews on anything. But the fact that what I’m about tell you has happened to me TWICE now, I feel like I have to. I'll start with telling you the worst part of my review and what drove me to post this. Finding TRASH in my drinks TWICE! First time this happened to me was back in November. I found some kind of lid in my drink. I order the same drink and I've seen them make my drink hundreds of times with nothing that resembles this lid. So I have no idea where this lid came from or how it got into my drink. Because its not a milk lid, a syrup lid, or the caramel sauce lid. I let the manager know. She was apologetic and very concerned. Which i appreciated. I decided to not write a review then. I thought surely it wouldn't happen again. Flash forward to today, I

I drove 10 minutes to get to this Starbucks around 6 AM, expecting a quick stop since the store was empty. Unfortunately, I ended up waiting over 20 minutes for my drink without being greeted or acknowledged by any of the staff. When I asked about my order, the employee walked away slowly without saying a word. The poor barista making the drinks clearly needed more help and support from the rest of the team. Very disappointing experience, especially during such a quiet time.
