Starbucks Coffee Company

I haven’t been in since the remodel & it looks & flows so much better. All the staff greeted & welcomed me when I walked in & I got my drink & food in a timely manner. It’s definitely a busy store, but they do a great job of acknowledging the customers & delivering quality things.

All of all the times I’ve came here I didn’t like how you made my coffee except one time. Today the young lady says we make your coffee. But latter at the end she said I could get the syrup and the side and cream from lobby. Why in the hell haven’t I been told this over the years? I’ll be happy when Dutch Brothers gets here! We like them MUCH better.

I regularly visit this Starbucks before my classes. I always get a pink drink with light ice and no strawberries. I have never had any issues until recently. Thursday when I went, a young woman with an alternative style was handing me and my friend’s drinks. We were doing separate payments and also scanning our starbucks apps. When we would ask a question she seemed very annoyed and just gave us a stare with her eyes wide open like we were crazy. And on Wednesday, i got my usual drink. A different lady handed me my drink. It had strawberries in it. No problem. I just reminded her i didn’t want strawberries and asked to remake the drink. She handed me my drink back and it was very obviously strained. She seemed so annoyed that I even sent it back in the first place so I didn’t even bother a

Went to the one on Lake Boone trail in Raleigh; both times that we went recently , it did take a very long time to be even acknowledged but when we were acknowledged , the staff we encountered was very nice; my suggestion is when you can not get to a customer right away the best thing to say is we will be right with you soon or someone will be with you as soon as possible; but I do understand how a job can be very busy and stressful and tiring ; I have compassion in that area and Starbucks is a very busy place including the drive through so they are trying to balance alot and that isn’t always easy; just always atleast acknowledge; blessings and love to everyone!!!

This Starbucks is typically great, but twice now recently, when I approach the counter to ask for a cup of water (after ordering food/coffee earlier) I’ve been asked “Have you already made a purchase?” I find this odd because I’m clearly sitting in the restaurant with a wrapper and cup that indicate I’ve just purchased stuff. It’s probably just policy that employees ask this question, but it comes across in poor taste in a restaurant setting when one has already paid for food/drinks.
