Kinda weird how you make an order, get your coffee, and then have to use the bathroom, lines long and you ask for the code, but they instruct you to go back in line to get the code. (Edit: went in a second time (studying on laptop outside) and thankfully no line. The guy at the register had a welcoming attitude and changing from 1 star to 4 because the I shouldn’t judge the whole business based on one employee
Rude. It’s sad to see such a large corporation struggle to accommodate their guests. I suppose they aren’t paying their employees enough to clean the restrooms properly? Either way, I will not support any establishment that discriminates. Out of five stars, I give this a big ol’ ZERO 0

I always buy the same thing, white mocha latte. Always delicious and service is quick. In and out. Staff is always friendly.
