Selena B was top tier with her customer service and she was really patient with me when i ordered my complicated drink. Plus the drink came out delicious! shoutout to her.
The workers here are amazing but there is always some sound issue that makes it impossible to work here like a constant ringing that they are unable to fix. Music also isn’t as conducive to work as other Starbucks locations.
I want to give a huge shout-out to the employees who are currently working at this Starbucks! I came in this morning and they were exceptionally friendly, provided great service, and me feel extremely valued. Not only this, it was apparent that the rest of the community feels same based on their interactions with all of the guest who entered as well. I do not usually leave reviews, but I really wanted to highlight their excellent work.
Loved how was the service was here and the ambience. Location was clean and staff was friendly
This is one of the best Starbucks. It's quaint, neat, clean (including bathrooms) and they have excellent customer service. Its become my go to on my way into the city. Keep up the good work Kevin McClean (store manager) and staff! Marcy M
