Starbucks Coffee Company

The staff at this Starbucks are so amazing and an example of how great service can be. I'm not a regular, but I am always impressed when I am standing there how many people are and their connection with staff. But I'm writing this review because, recently, I was driving around my sick baby. I had been up for hours (even though it was 7am) and needed to eat. I ordered from here, and then of course when we got here my baby had finally fallen asleep. I didn't know what to do, so on an impulse (knowing how kind I have seen the manager and staff being to regulars) I parked outside and called to ask if someone could bring out my order, apologizing of course because they don't have curbside pickup. Sure enough, the manager brought out my order and my baby got to sleep. I am incredibly grateful. ❤

This is the first Starbucks location during my very long road trip that does not have a changing table in its bathrooms. Also, an employee would not sell me hot water. I would've paid for any tea or coffee to get the hot water because I was trying to make a warm bottle for my twin daughters. I didn't care how much it cost. I was very disappointed by the rudeness and lack of care. I chose to go to various Starbucks because I know I can have a clean quiet space to take care of my babies and to get a nice cup of coffee and a treat. I went to another Starbucks a little further down the road and they were able to accommodate me as a paying customer. Would not recommend this location.

The old indian female staff was very rude after i waited on line and I asked if there is a restroom prior to placing our order since my spouse and kids was making their way in to place our orders together she was more concerned if i'm a customer. Is this the way to treat a potential customer when you enter a place of business?

The person was nice but apparently they have a new policy where you can’t get a free cup of water without purchasing something. I wanted to get waters for me and my senior grandmother but they made me buy something which I think is illegal in Maryland but whatever.
