Starbucks Coffee Company

Stopped in to have a hazelnut latte and was pleasantly greeted when I walked in the door. The atmosphere was charged with positive energy from the Barista to the young woman taking very meticulous care of the outside dining. When my drink was prepared my name was called out with a genuine interpersonal skill that is seeming to be lacking in so many people facing businesses. The energy described above resembled bees happily at work making their honey inside of the hive. I asked the young woman attending the out for seating to come for to complement her due diligence with her work. Her name is Cass and she was so kind and respectful and polite. Made my day and thank you so much. Y'all are doing it right, keep it up.

I used to really enjoy this location. The staff was so friendly that I would spend an hour a week chit chatting with them. The new manager Marlena makes me feel completely unwelcomed any time I come in. I have had to learn when she's there vs when she isn't so I can see my favorite baristas and not feel like I am being stared at until I leave.

this is my new starbucks location since i’ve changed jobs! i’ve never left a starbucks review before, but every single barista here has stood out from any others before. everyone here is so so friendly and attentive to their customer while they’re working with you. their kindness just always brings a smile to my face and means a lot. great job team!!

I have been seriously troubled by the new GM's (Marly?) pattern of overbearing and rude attitude to a number of employees. As I understand the third place policy, every single team member should feel safe and comfortable at work and frankly the workers now seem sullen and sad behind the counter. I have a feeling the manager is so tough on the store due to their union participation. This is both illegal and immoral and a form of intimidation and quite frankly disgusting. I wish this store had the energy and joy it used. Unfortunately due to more constraints to have union workers fired, the manager has ruined any home feeling this once cozy store had. I am still happy when I see some my favorite baristas (Jalisa, Seb, Glenn, Vicky, Edith), they truly bring life back into the room.

I don’t know what’s going on at this location but it needs to change if it wants to keep this daily customer. Over the past few weeks the service and quality of my drinks is horrible. I am a regular between 5 & 6 am. I order a 24oz Brown Sugar & Oat milk shaken espresso . The past 5 times they have handed me a beverage full of ice where the coffee line is at least 1 inch from the top. I can see ice above the liquid level to boot. I ask to please fill it up with a bit more oat milk and every time I get argued with. This morning the barista argued with me again. Took my drink and said I’ll only add a drop. Handed me back my cup and he didn’t even do that. THIS IS THE ONLY LOCATION THAT DOES THIS. I order from Boulder and Broomfield locations during the day as well and have never experienced
