I lived in Selah all summer long and visited this Starbucks multiple times a week. From day one the service was far superior to any other Starbucks I’ve been to. Extremely friendly, serving, and accommodating staff. Atmosphere is calm, and very conducive for work and social occasions alike. I’m going to miss this place.

Customer Service Concern – Selah, WA Starbucks Dear Starbucks Customer Service Team, I am writing to share a disappointing experience I recently had at your Selah, WA location. This morning, I called to ask about pricing for a cappuccino and whether there were group options available if I wanted to purchase 10–20 drinks. The employee told me flatly that there were no such options. Because of that response, I hung up the phone. Later, I recalled seeing coffee travelers in Texas stores, so I called back to confirm. The same person, who identified herself as the supervisor, then acknowledged that travelers were available, but only after I specifically asked. Former barista here, Can you guys stop steaming your drinks to the temperature of the sun. I just can’t return. 3 times this week, it has burned my mouth. If my daughter had grabbed it first, and sipped, you’d have a lawsuit.

The staff are amazing and very knowledgeable of there drink. One of the better if not the best Starbucks around.

I love the workers here! They are awesome. Even when its busy they acknowledge you with a nod at the very least. Drinks are always spot on.
