Waited 22 minutes for the easiest drinks/order on the menu: cold brew (a draft pour) and plain hot coffee. Context: ordered ahead via app; 2 people in line inside; 3 cars in drive-thru; 4 staff working The order was ready 22 minutes from the time it was ordered. Also, they poured the nitro a few minutes before the roasted coffee was even ready—it’s supposed to be poured last.

Not a very pleasant experience. The bathroom isn’t very clean. The service is good but the staff who made my dragon drink forgets how to make dragon drink. Waiting 5 minutes, I looked at the table and didn’t see my drink so I went up there to ask. There was my name and order, but it wasn’t dragon drink because they forgot to put coconut milk. They made a new one for me putting a lot of ice. I saw that she put a lot ice in my cup so I told her it was light ice. She rolled her eyes at me which was the attitude I didn’t appreciate. Obviously, she didn’t read the description carefully. Made the wrong order, I didn’t say anything. Made the second time forget to put coconut milk again and put a lot of ice. So here’s my drink. I get decaf & it really bugs me that they never tag their drinks or put that its decaf. I know, but it is a huge pet peeve for me. It drives me nuts. I like to see it say decaf. Other wise this location is phenomenal.

I am so happy to have a Starbucks near me. However, I am not sure what is happening with this one. The service has gone down hill since opening. Lately short staffed and closing of the store. Low stock, always out of flavoring, cold brew. Today I went at noontime. Got down the road took a sip of the iced coffee with cold foam and the cream was bad.

I went in looking for a certain coffee mug that they did not have on the shelf. I asked and they looked in two other cabinets…and BLAMO! They had one. YEAYYY!! Thank you for listening and looking. This Starbucks staff is awesome!
