I dont normally post negative reviews unless it is warranted. Serivece here is top notch 9 out of 10 times. Howere, waiting for a tall black coffee should be the amount of time it takes to turn around from the register and fill the cup. I get you're busy with all the pickup orders but the most important customer is the one right in front of you. My time is no less important than yours or the order ahead app user.

One of the best brewers so if you want real coffee without the rushed flavor...

Always a pleasure in person. I've been here dozens of times over the last two years and I shy away from pre-ordering. I've had multiple occasions where I would order and then stand inside and wait as multiple people would place orders and receive theirs before mine. As if the mobile order system was a back burner thought and people in the store had priority.

The workers are very friendly and the coffee is always make quickly. Never a wait or line. And also a plus you can do pickup orders.

Never a bad experience here. Can get crazy busy at times so a little patience is needed but overall a great Starbucks. Amazing staff, very friendly!
