Starbucks Coffee Company

Apparently Starbucks had a major tomato shortage. First and last time I come to the Sanford Starbucks....huge rip-off. ***Update... I gave it another chance. I ordered two hot coffees this morning and specifically asked for "a little bit of ice" to cool it down. I was given two iced coffees. Not the same thing, not even close. I was a respectful customer and accepted them without complaining, but I was frustrated. Tonight, I tried again....they finally got the order right... But only after I gave a good tip IN ADVANCE..... Back when tips were actually tips, they were offered as additional currency AFTER exceptional service was provided. Apparently our society has degraded so much that we have to "tip" just for Average service. Exceptional service doesn't even exist anymore. E

Second visit here in December and am really impressed with the service. Both times I was cheerfully greeted upon walking in. They told me they'd be right with me as I approached the cashier and both drinks I ordered were made perfectly . They even brought the drinks to me as I sat in a chair waiting. Wish I lived closer to this area. Thanks!

Love my girls @ Starbucks! (& that one guy) haha they’re always so friendly! I always place a mobile order and it is always ready for me when I pull up!

Nice and relatively new Starbucks with plenty of room to sit midweek afternoons. Drinks were a little slow appearing because priority is a drive-though, but overall it was an ok experience. Electric socket/USB points below some of the seating which is a bonus.

I really should had handed back my drink. It looked nothing like the picture and was basically watered down milk. I paid 7 dollars for an iced sugar cookie late that looked like an ice milk with a few shaken sprinkles on top. I also think the girl handing it to me knew it was a bad drink. Go to dunkin. Its basically the same thing but you get a better quality drink for your money's worth. And that is sad to say because Starbucks should be better but its a waste of money for what you get.
