Starbucks Coffee Company

Conveniently located inside the Salem, NH Target. This location is quite busy but the staff move quickly and have always been friendly to me on my multiple visits. The tables are clean and there seems to be plenty of spots to sit down. It's great to shop at Target while you consume your beverage because refills are free with the Starbucks App. Bathrooms are clean.

Today was my first time at this location. The employees were working hard, training what appeared to be a new employee, and still made sure everyone’s order was done as quickly as possible. You could tell that behind their face masks, they did it all with a smile and that made my day. I rarely write any reviews.. but these employees not only did their job, but they exceeded the standard! Nice job guys!

A very nice Starbucks. Plenty of places to sit and a cheerful competent staff. My one issue with it, is that the chairs are very uncomfortable.

The people that were working were really nice, but the location needs to realize they are a Starbucks and need to have more than 2 employees working. Should not take 25 min for myself and the 3 people in front of me to get coffee. I understand staffing might be tight because of covid, but two people just seems crazy. 3 three coffees my party order were also incorrect.

Girl who took the cup to make my order proceeded to rub her nose and whole face with her hands, didn't wash hands and touched the cup at the rim. Pretty grossed out by this experience.
