Starbucks Coffee Company

I really liked the place and the staff at Starbucks, especially Ellie. She was very kind and had such a professional and pleasant attitude.

This became my local Starbucks 2 years ago when I moved to the area. Before that I was a regular at the Broad & Jackson location(hey team). Now this location is my go to for my morning coffee. The baristas are friendly and professional, greets me by name and knows my daily order. The shop is clean and always stocked. How funny was it that the manager here, Eli, I knew from Jackson. Great guy and a great lead as shown by how the entire team is. As long as I’m in Roxborough, this will be my Starbucks home.

The cortado didn’t have much flavor, and it wasn’t hot enough even though I asked for extra hot. They also forgot part of our order. Staff were friendly, but overall it could’ve been better.

Recently this location's interior renovated and looks cozier. I think this Starbucks service and taste are better than others even though it looks much busier than other locations. I haven't checked its restroom after the renovation, I want to change my star to five stars from three because the staffs looks working harder to make their place special and to get closer to their customers and community. ...Under this line is my last review... Kind staffs. But restrooms were not clean and often out of order. I like its location even though this Starbucks is pretry busy because of good views and free parking.

My God how Starbucks has changed! This place is just a hell hole. I counted at least eight people behind the counter. They were all talking to each other, way too loud and paying very little attention to customers. My double shot espresso was just… Cold.
