Starbucks Coffee Company

They were kind. I do not go to Starbucks on a regular basis at all. But my friends wanted me to try Starbucks Pumpkin Spiced Latte. The fall season's famous flavor. Well, the staff was attentive and gave me my car keys, which I almost forgot and did not even notice that I left them behind! 🙃

The service was bad because the lady who served me, she is brunette with orange hair and wears big black glasses, treated me badly because I asked for a pick-up order and also ordered a drink. She treated me with attitude. I understand that life is not easy but problems outside, the service has to give a smile to the customer no matter what. The man was much nicer than her.

Rude people. Ordered my usual drink. When I received it, it was extremely clumpy.. I know it was not properly mixed. When I brought it up to the lady, her name was Stephanie, she gave major attitude. She rolled her eyes and mumbled something under her breath and was whispering to her coworkers about me. She then basically threw the drink with no apology or no words. Terrible customer service.

Very misleading shift leader or manager idk. I called the night before for the bear cup she said the truck would arrive that night so the next morning would it be displayed.. I said okay I'll be there at 6am.. well I got there , said hi i called you last night about the bear cup.. she goes oh no we don't have it I said We might!! I'm like 😕 mm no you didn't said it might ! I wouldn't come from another city for a "might" !! Because logically if she would've said "might " I would've called before driving 45 mins out of my way . I wanna give her the benefit of the doubt and think that she might talked to someone else . But to me she didn't said "it might "for people like that is that you see drama and problems cause in stores and then the customer is the problem! Then anyways I proceeded to

The service is perfect, not too prying, not too nonchalant. The food is consistently good and so are the overpriced drinks. Price is starbucks priced.😼👍
