One of the ladies working there, I didn't catch her name but I wish I did so I could warn you, is extremely rude. I like to usually get an extra straw to share my drink with my daughter. Two times she has been extremely rude over me asking for a straw!!!The first time I said, "Could I please have an extra straw." She told me no, but then gave me the straw. I brushed it off think some people just have bad jokes. Well, today it confirmed this women is no joke.i asked for an extra straw and she gave me the dirtiest look like I completly upset her over asking for a straw. This women does not need to be working with people. It ruins peoples days to get customer service like that. I don't know what is going on in her life, but she is not a happy camper. i love the people who work there, they always bring a smile to my face. The workers are very quick with their job. <3

Always disappointed when I go to this location but today it was unfriendly enough to leave a review. Ordered on the app, was given the wrong drinks. Let them know it was wrong and went to pull up my order as Tamara made a rude comment about my face and argued that this is what I ordered. Then she was told she read the ticket wrong and made the wrong drink, instead of apologizing she blamed it on a man making the ticket abbreviations, then made the right drink but loudly complained how annoying these drinks are to make. Theresa and Tamara I believe were the ones working.

Went to Starbucks this morning, only 1 girl working so understandable that she was busy. But she was extremely rude.. my order was wrong and I didn’t even want to tell her cause of the way she had just spoken to not only me but other customers.
