Starbucks Coffee Company

Sadly, not the best Starbucks in the area. It’s always very slow there and I’m not sure if it’s because of how busy it gets, if they’re under staffed, if they’re under trained, or what. So I’m trying not to hold it against them but for example, I went one time with a personal cold cup and they made my drink in it with no ice 😐 then I asked for ice and they remade the entire drink despite it having room for ice in it 🤦‍♂️ a separate occasion, I ordered ahead on the app and arrived about 15 mins after I ordered and they hadn’t even started my beverage yet. It doesn’t matter what time of day it is, it’s very slow and you will have to wait for about 20 mins. Edit: I’m amending my original review and taking away a star. This place has had a remarkable turn around from a year+ ago.... Their new manager, Shawn (Shaun- sorry for misspelling), has done an incredible job getting things moving in the right direction as everyone working there makes it a point to acknowledge you when you walk in! And sometimes even refer to your name directly-- Amazing customer service!!! This store has come a lonnnnng way thanks to new management!! Keep up the great work guys/gals!!! The end:)

Today was my birthday and the staff was so kind and put the cutest artwork on our cups! I was so happy and thrilled to see this, especially since it’s the second time I noticed the employees doodling on the cups. Fantastic work, team! Keep your heads up everyone!

Good service, always room to sit down and do work, good vibes. There’s a manager who is often around and they are quite kind. Music could be a liiiiiiittle softer, but they are often playing good tunes!

Made me the best birthday drink ever today the staff was so cool and kind! Quick informative and helpful! ☺️
