This is a fantastic location. Always friendly staff and prompt service. Never excessively busy which is great for customers. A go to when in the Seymour area.
Every morning there is a wait that last more then 15 mins in the drive through. This location needs to learn efficiency. Slowest service ever.
Almost 20 minutes in line because the gentleman at the window can’t handle what he’s doing on a Saturday morning. Coffee had no sleeve or stopper. And he gave me attitude when I asked for one.
usually, everybody in the drive-through at this location is wonderful and amazing but this morning the lady that was at the drive-through got mad at me because I was paying with $100 bill and I didn’t have anything smaller. my total for my order was $10 and some change. She was very rude and instead of giving me big bills because she needed to “save them”, she gave me all singles and fives for my change and then just gave me my stuff and closed the window. not sure if she was just having a bad morning, but everyone else there is usually wonderful and very nice.
Did drive thru today. Order taker was genuinely pleasant. Employee working the window was very friendly. Made a simple trip very pleasant. Changed the mood of my afternoon. I was only one customer amoung many but you made my experience great. Thank you.
