We had the best customer service experience at this location! Davian is a rockstar and sets the barista bar super high- he went above and beyond when one of the items we ordered was out of stock, and was overall very kind and attentive. The whole team was great and our food and drinks were perfect. Wish we lived closer, I’d frequent this location daily if I could!

The worst experience I’ve ever had at Starbucks. I travel frequently, and in Starbucks locations in different cities I have always been able to buy a cup of hot water to prepare formula for my small child. I always pay for it — I have never asked for it for free. This time we were traveling from far away, my baby was hungry, and as usual I ordered coffee and also asked for hot water. But at this location, they refused. Even worse, the employee behaved very rudely and smiled sarcastically when I asked how this was possible, explaining that I had a hungry маленький child with me. I asked to speak with a manager, and the employee said that he was the manager himself. Honestly, after such behavior, it makes you wonder how work with customers can be trusted to such unprofessional people. I

I was handed my drink and thought it was pretty light. When I opened it this is how much milk was missing. Wish it could’ve been topped off with milk since I’m already paying $6.28 for a tall drink.

Very lagged time in making our drinks and the two baristas had a very bad attitude. Name on my cup incorrect and when asked , she stated “ it’s on the ticket!” Please train your employees to be efficient and courteous. Oh, and listen for correct name to place on cup.

I ordered a oatmeal espresso it was not even full and the taste was horrible I couldn't come back to change it but definitely I am not coming back here... I dont mind giving tips but definitely asking for a tip when they are not following recipes or doing the perfect cup of coffee is a shame... paying with card shouldn't be asked for tips.. not been able to start my day with a delicious cup of coffee ruined my day , so mad
