Starbucks Coffee Company

As I was walking out I mentioned to my daughter how absolutely nice the staff was. I brought my own Starbucks tumbler to put my drink in and they were so nice about it. (Some places have been awkward in the past.) They asked me how I prefer it in my cup and even bright my drinks right to me since I was standing to the side instead of just setting them out. I love going to this Starbucks.

I come to this location daily and order the same drink every time, yet it’s consistently made incorrectly. As a regular customer, that’s frustrating. I also notice a difference in how I’m treated compared to others — the attitude is unnecessary when I politely ask for my drink to be fixed. I pay like everyone else and expect the same level of respect and customer service. Unfortunately, this has been the worst location I’ve visited.

They’re so chill and sweet here. I come here when I need a break bc even going through the drive thru is refreshing. It’s barely about the coffee anymore, I just like talking to and supporting the people working. I hope their other customers treat them well bc they deserve it.

I stopped by tonight and it was by far one of the best experiences ever! Thank you so much you all and it was very sweet of whoever wrote this on my cup!

This morning the short girl with eye glasses at the drive thru forgot to give me one of my drinks. When I asked her for it, she rolled her eyes and rudely close the window without apologizing or any words. I waited for her to see me and open the window again to let her know that in that situation she should've apologized, but she completely refused to apologize to me.
