Starbucks Coffee Company

Have you ever watched people just stand and purposefully not look towards or help customers? Well here you can! The manager came out of his office, looked around, saw that, came up to me at the counter and then started trying to plug in his phone and get it to charge. Literally right in front of me, no acknowledgement of me whatsoever. I eventually walked away without ordering. With prime placement in front of Delta customers leaving the airport, I now understand why this place is always empty. The worst Starbucks staff I've seen in likely 10k orders

Had and awful experience at this Starbucks an employee which I believe his name is Malcolm due to a receipt I have (he has dreadlock style hair). I was ordering he has no sense of customer service he said rudely to stop talking. While taking my order he asked for a bathroom break, when he came back I was still waiting for a cookie and a brownie and he rudely told me he said there was no brownies when he did not mention this while ordering. The cookie I got was cold which I did return to him and left it there he had an attitude while talking to me he did not spoke with respect when I spend $40 plus dollars in drinks I at least would expect a good service not someone with an attitude as If im asking for a favor. I might have confused which Starbucks I have went to, since there are many different Starbucks locations in LaGuardia airport. However, my experience here was great. Fast service and my order was prepared in less than three minutes. Fresh food. Overall, it’s a great Starbucks location, located in the airport, making it a great stop for people who are waiting for connecting flights or looking for a coffee while in the airport.

Terrible service!! The lady asked my name and after 25 minutes I didn’t see any and I don’t want to grab somebody who ordered the same, then after my flight is ready to onboard I have to ask them where is my order?? And turn out she put somebody's name on my order! Look out for the photo and look out for my name! How is the possible I will know that is my order? This is my first time having a horrible service with Starbucks

Terminal c I thought the personnel was absolutely outstanding today. Great smiles makes you feel good and our drinks came out perfect. Best to the staff this afternoon.
