It’s here ! New store, new staff. The first week there were growing pains as everyone (including customers) was learning and getting into a rhythm. I’m happy to say we’re on the other side. The staff is incredibly warm and kind and always makes me feel welcome. The drinks are crafted well and with joy. The food is so much better than I imagined and is a great place to grab solo breakfast or for the whole family. The store is clean and inviting. In store orders seem to go faster than drive thru in the peak hours of the morning. Overall it’s been a great experience and I look forward to many more visits. Highly recommend a visit - and if you had a bad experience the first time - try again. This is what newness looks like.

This Starbucks never disappoints. From the moment you walk in, the atmosphere is warm and welcoming, and the staff always goes above, and beyond to make sure your order is just right. Khloe is always smiling and friendly, Miranda is upbeat and makes the best drinks, Qiaiden was giving me some lessons on how to properly pronounce some drinks, and Lexi is super friendly. You have great staff at this location! The drinks are always delicious and everything tastes fresh and well-made. It’s the perfect spot to start your day, take a break, or treat yourself. Reliable quality, great service, and a cozy vibe every time.

So happy we finally got a Starbucks! I haven’t used the drive thru yet, but when I go inside the staff is super friendly and the drinks always turn out soo good. I wanna give a special shout out to my fav barista, Miranda! :) Thank you for taking the time/effort to make my somewhat over the top drinks that I request. I appreciate you!!! <3 Just wish they had a bigger variety of cups, and more of certain ones so they don’t sell out. I know it’s not the workers fault tho, so it’s all good. ;) Other than that, love this place. It’s a warm & friendly environment. <3

Our town of Houghton Lake is just what we needed, a great Starbucks coffee shop! Our new coffee shop has a beautiful interior which is large and spacious and clean. The baristas that work here are amazing and always get my coffee right. The food here is really good too and I am so grateful we have a Starbucks in our town!
