I came in here to get a cannonball refresher cashier was nice but for the first time ever they put so much ice in it i barely had a drink to drink I'll skip this location from now on

I visited the Starbucks off 930 Eden Prairie Drive and had a fantastic experience. The atmosphere was wonderful, but the highlight was the service I received from [🎇AUSTIN 🎉]. He was truly second to none—attentive, friendly, and professional. It’s rare to find such high-quality service, and he is a huge asset to your team. I’ll definitely be back Thanks 🙏

Everything is really great about this place. The coffee and matcha are really good. Great customer service and drive through service. I would definitely recommend this Starbucks.

I have been waiting 30 minutes for 2 hot coffees because I came inside and they serve drive through first. It is 2:30pm. Not even a rush hour. This is super rude. They also gave me one of my hot coffees as iced. I still dont have my correct order and the clock continues.

If I get coffee before work, I usually go here and have had zero issues in the past. However, my white chocolate mocha was legit half empty when I received it. I thought it get light when they handed it to me in the Drive-thru but figured that it was just my imagination. However, when I got to work, I took the lid off and found out that I only got 50% of what I paid for. Very disappointed.
