Starbucks Coffee Company

I’m not happy with my order at all! I went in this morning to grab an Ice latte, at this location. I'm not much of a coffee drinker, but when I do order something from Starbucks. I always get an Ice Coffee, or a Caramel Frappuccino. Today I got neither of those . The lady that was making my order didn’t know what she was doing . She was just mixing stuff together and not paying attention! Just from observing, she seemed to appear to mess up on other peoples orders that was previously there . My stomach is hurting from a few sips, I have very sensitive gut, so I try to keep it at minimal. I not too happy!

Lori is amazing!! I wanted to update my review because I am at this Starbucks a few times a week and Lori has been there every time. She makes amazing coffee, hot and cold. She's so kind and so helpful. I really hope Starbucks company or Safeway is treating her great! She deserves the highest of pay and benefits. The other Starbucks is closer to me in location but I always go the extra mile to the Safeway Starbucks location because Lori always has reliable customer service and product. Love her!! She makes this Starbucks a great location.

Edit: I figured I'd give it one more shot but it was worse than the last time. I paid $8.70 with a $4 tip to get a coffee that was not made the way I asked for. I had not asked for extra sauce but for some reason was charged for it, I asked for a 180° but it's not even hot. Yes I know it's just not as hot as I asked for but if I'm paying that much I expect to get what I ask for. (End of edit.) Only tried one thing on the menu, white chocolate caramel latte, but it was consistent when made by different baristas. They open at 6am all week which was nice because other places don't open until 7 or 8am on weekends. Customer service was good all but once when one of the workers was not having a good day so I don't go there anymore. Everyone has bad days, doesn't mean you can take it out on your

Dude, the service needs to wildly improve at this Safeway location. Besides being very slow with service, they made three customers drinks that came after me, prior to making my drink. I thought maybe they missed my drink somehow and asked if they had my order still back there? They replied very rudely, " yes, we'll get to it." Holy mackerel this location was rude.

Great employees clean restaurant coffee on point egg white bites was amazing
