I come here everyday and these people are amazing they're not just here to give you coffee, they're so kind and uplifting! To all the people that said this place is not good or doesn't have good service trust me they're wrong I love everyone here the manager Tiffany is amazing and kind and you can tell she cares about her store and customers! Two of my favorite people that make me smile everytime I come in are Katie and Shannon, they are so awesome! I do not go to another Starbucks because of these ladies! If you want great coffee made with love and care, and amazingly kind service on top of that then come here it's so worth it!! These ladies and everyone here are great!!! 🥰😊

This is "My Starbucks," I love the staff at this location and the manager, Rachel, they are all just the best. They always make my drink right and remake it if I'm being finicky! They really are great at their jobs. It's not often that I write a review of a major chain, but the staff here are worth it. So worth it in fact, I'll get out of my car and walk into bashas just so that their the ones to make my Cup of Joe!!! :) This team makes you feel like your visiting a small coffee shop, not a big chain, and that's just wonderful!

I only give them 1 so u can leave how bad of a job they have done not once or twice but three times. I tried to go to give them another chance. They are close to my house and I know things happen but my drinks never taste right and they take forever! Took 13 minutes for my mobile order. Any other location is about 7 or 8. Those few extra minutes ate important. I'll choose another location from now on and go out of my way to not pick them

The 2 times I have been there... they have NO clue what a iced Venti Blonde White Chocolate Mocha with extra whip and an extra shot of chocolate is. They screwed up my order both times seven ways till Sunday. The 2nd time they brought me out a water along with the coffee. I had to repeat myself literally 5 times before they understood it. Then they screwed it up and had to repeat myself a 6th time. Go to the one on 48th st and Chandler Blvd. They have much more of a head on on their shoulders.
