Left Starbucks at 545p today. Ella was so knowledgeable , patient and friendly. She answered all my questions with a smile. She is a great employee with good customer service skills.
And sometimes I wonder why you pay $8 to have a cup of ice poured full of it.

Learned about a new drink today thanks to having some cold symptoms. The recommended "Medicine Ball" was amazingly good and did help alot. Thanks!
Made wrong drink. Lied about what was ordered and would not make correct drink. They were incredibly rude. Did not give receipt. Get your drink at the 7 Eleven. Avoid this Starbucks. Literally throwing your money in the trash.
