This Starbucks on the Eastbound side of the Penn Turnpike needs to include tips on the card reader, as most of us customers do not carry cash. The baristas need to be given a raise, as they deserve it with the amount of work and effort to make this location have a good reputation.

I’ve been to Starbucks over 50 times and usually have a great experience, but this visit was disappointing. The barista didn’t seem to know how to use the register properly. I asked to redeem my Stars, but she only scanned my app and then asked me to pay with my card—no Stars were actually used. On top of that, my drink was served with a broken lid. While she did replace it when I pointed it out, the overall service felt unprofessional and unorganized. Definitely not the standard I’ve come to expect from Starbucks.

Ordered a cappuccino for the road and the kid making it forgot to add the espresso. We walked out with a cup of steamed milk.

Can’t open the store on time… Thought Starbucks was better than this. 25mins after opening is pitiful for a company this size. Don’t know when exactly they opened I left after 25mins.
