Let me preface this review with a little background. I spent my early childhood in an old farmhouse that used to sit where this Starbucks was built. I was disappointed at learning our old house was torn down, because, having lived out west for the last 50 years I had always imagined myself venturing back east to briefly connect with whatever family was now in my old home, as weird as that sounds. Being a truck driver, I saw a chance to complete this part of my bucket list and have my Dispatcher route me to Rochester. I dropped my trailer at a truck stop and drove to Penfield. My intention was to order a cup of coffee, take some pictures, and leave. Lucas was phenomenal! We stopped in for hot tea’s, the store was sparkling clean, the atmosphere was great! Lucia had an angry not paying customer upset with the bathroom policy and he was pretty irritated and took his frustrations out on Lucas, and Lucas was so calm cool and collected, he apologized and remained calm throughout the entire interaction. As a local business owner I witnessed exceptional customer service mixed with emotional intelligence. Please give Lucas major Kudos (and consider a raise 😉).

If I could give this place a no star rating, I would. Horrible service, you're lucky if the employees make your drink right at all even after asking for it to be remade, disgusting bathrooms, disgusting eatery, do not go here.

Literally pulled my car over after going through the drive through just to write this review. Lucas helped me today, immediately told me an awesome flamingo fact, we shared peak pigeon hangout locations, and he was just a ray of sunshine on this rainy morning!!! I go to Starbucks relatively often, but Lucas was awesome and made my morning much better. Great way to start my day off!!! Thanks!

I've been coming to this Starbucks since I moved here from Florida almost three years agoand from day one, they have treated me like family. Besides my delicious drink, their vibe, genuine smiles, and greetings make my day!! I feel SUPER charged and ready to "VOUR" the day BEFORE I take a sip from my Frap! Sometimes, I'm in there 2 to 3 times a day, so I have the pleasure of seeing all the shifts. They are more than my baristas. They are my family! Thank you guys for ALWAYS making me feel seen and special! 😘🥰🥰
