Starbucks Coffee Company

As much as I don’t wanna come here, I have to cause it’s the only Starbucks here around the area. When I say the drive-through is so slow, it’s slow. You are literally gonna be waiting maybe 20-30 minutes until you even get to order. Then another 15 mins to the window. It’s ridiculous.

Came to this Starbucks as we needed a place to go so my dad could do work while we had a showing on the house. To start, the staff, Tania, Sarah, Zoi, and Rayan are AMAZING! They were all beyond helpful in taking the orders, answering my questions and being super friendly to me despite my weird neurodivergence quirks. I was also on crutches so they helped bring the drinks and the food to the table for me which was BEYOND sweet of them and unexpected but much appreciated! Also the free refills on tea and iced brews are a plus! The location itself was clean and spacious! Outlets under the booths along the wall, a “community” center which I think is a bit quieter place where the music isn’t as loud. I tried the new jalapeño cheddar pocket. And it was delicious! This is one of the slowest Starbucks I have ever been to. They are extremely slow. The workers are so nice, but this store needs more workers. They need to manage their time better and get the drinks Out in a timely manner it’s extremely slow here

Yesterday i walked inside starkbucks 11/6. WOW from the outstanding customer service, smiles from everyone working at that location I must say i was amazed! The place is very clean and neat. Management, pls thank your entire morning staff on 11/6, they are the best.. keep up the good work!! This is from someone who appreciates hard work!

The drive thru is abysmal. I always order ahead and wind up waiting 15 minutes. More workers and speed are needed. And they need to be stricter with the drive thru. only for people who order ahead or 1 item only. 2 cars ahead of me in line and a 15 min wait. Unacceptable.
