Starbucks Coffee Company

The coffee was very good. The service was okay. The bathroom needed to be cleaned especially considering that men, women and children share the same bathroom. But it was Thanksgiving Day so probably none of those people should have been there anyway and I should have gone without my coffee. They all should have had a paid holiday. Surely Starbucks can afford that with the $5 and up coffees they sell.

I understand they’re probably understaffed but I went when I wasn’t busy and my order is pretty simple. Large iced matcha latte with two pumps of vanilla and a spinach feta wrap. How they manage to not put any sweetener in the drink and burn one side yet undercook the other side of the wrap I don’t know. We all have our days I get it but this was supposed to be a pick me up and was instead my final straw. Not that hard to get it semi right man especially not worth it for 15$ ridiculous

I adore coming to this Starbucks the employees have been nothing but kind to me through and through! Sara (forgive me for my spelling!!) and Ruthi (Also forgive me I’m writing this hours later!!) have been absolute gems at this location! Always trying to keep things positive and kind! This location especially the drive through is perfect for kindness even in a corporate chain! ❤️🥰

Starbucks denies pregnant woman the right to use the bathroom. Joel by you being the manager I was utterly disappointed in shock when you told me I couldn't use the bathroom because I needed to buy something first. I wasn't aware the bathrooms at Starbucks for sale. To my knowledge a bathroom is a public place even within a facility which means there's no laws that says I have to buy something in order to use the bathroom. You cannot deny a pregnant woman your restroom. I had two kids in the car waiting while I was trying to hurry up and use the bathroom so I wouldn't pee on myself. But as a manager like you I see none of that is any of your concerns when it comes to potential customers. I would have paid for drinks afterwards if my uterus wasn't screaming because I was holding my urine. N

This is the best Starbucks I have ever been to. The parking lot has plenty of parking. The outside is beautiful and well manicured. The building is really big and nice. You go inside and it’s super spacious. There are a lot of seats and it’s new and modern. They are also really fast, they had my mobile order ready within minutes. It’s very clean and the service is top notch. I would go out of my way to go to this Starbucks again.
