I ordered the same order twice from DoorDash (2 drinks 2 croissants) this morning, missing 1 drink each time. Really disappointed, I do not know if the person who help pack food for delivery was hangover or just does understand the number, ordered 4 items, only 3 in bag. How come it happened twice this morning! 🙃
I am extremely disappointed in this Starbucks location. I’m a regular customer and frequent this store weekly, yet the way I’ve been treated lately has been shockingly unprofessional and rude. On multiple occasions, I politely asked for a cup of water and was refused. I explained that I had forgotten to get water and was genuinely thirsty, but the staff still declined. Watching employees make dismissive gestures like towel whipping and treating the situation like a joke was incredibly disrespectful and embarrassing. Today, I asked if a dirty table could be wiped down. An employee came out to clean it, and I made sure to say “thank you.” I didn’t even receive basic acknowledgment in return — no eye contact, no response, nothing. My experience at this Starbucks has been inconsistent. Inside the store, the staff is generally friendly, though sometimes a bit short with small requests or order corrections. The drive-through, however, has been much worse. On one visit, I picked up a mobile order shortly after placing it and was fully fine with waiting. Instead, the employee responded in a passive-aggressive way, told me I should wait longer next time, and then completely ignored me when I calmly explained I didn’t mind waiting. On another visit, when it was my first time picking up through the drive-through and I didn’t realize I needed to announce it at the speaker, the employee responded with “you know we have a speaker, right?” which felt unnecessary and unwelcoming. Amazing service! We walked in with a large order of 24 drinks, most with modifications. First, Kian took our order and he was personable, professional, and proficient. Second, the staff got all 24 drinks correct. Lastly, they went above and beyond and packaged all the drinks in carriers and then placed them in four bags with handles and taped the bags closed! Just amazing and easy. Thank you so much!
The heavy set female manager was pretty rude. I frequent that location weekly, but got a rude response that I did not appreciate at all today. I ordered two drinks through my phone app and one was out but the other was not ready and time was nearing 20 min passed the order time. I asked the worker about the 2nd drink and all she said was that there were only 3 people working. No apology, no oh let me get started on that nothing. Then, she comes out and says there are only 3 people working and "that she made my drink into a grande accidentally instead of a tall, anyway" with attitude. Then, mumbles something that sounded like sorry? under her breath without any eye contact. They are rude as hell, don't greet any customers walking in and the expression on their faces look like they just saw
