I've had to call cooperate 3x at this location for a refund - not for the wrong product or poorly crafted product (I quietly accept those disappointments) - but because they are CLOSED during business hours and are still accepting mobile orders (money)! Poorly crafted or just the wrong beverage is a problem - extremely long and slow drive-thru is a regular occurrence. I tend to avoid this location, and when I think, let me give them a try - Colonial Heights Starbucks never fails to disappoint!

They really turned around this location recently! It has new management and it seems they are working hard to address staffing shortages! My order was made quickly and was on point.

I stopped in today during a very busy rush. The manager, Keymia, stayed professional, kind, and went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. It is rare to find such genuine hospitality. This location has a great atmosphere and the staff really cares about their customers. Thank you for making my morning so much better!!

OMG these poor workers!!! Today was so overwhelming for me to watch. It looked as though they only had one working blender! How come they don’t at least four blenders in case one or two go down. They were so busy and customers were getting frustrated but the staff were polite and doing their best to stay positive. Tim called for my order, he made sure I had everything I needed and was very polite, he has provided amazing service!! And I forgot to comment the other day Jay made my coffee and it was really good!

A good mixture of quaint, progressive, and relaxing. If you stay in there long enough, you might even be given something free due to forgotten pick-up order or just the staff being generous. Good music and vibes, clean bathrooms, and nice place to people watch while you get work done.
